Oregon Lake

I painted this to inspire my cousin, to remind her of the things she loves in life, hiking and beautiful homes. It was really fun to paint something uplighting, but it might be hair too trippy for her!

Lake Tahoe

Lake Tahoe can be just a hair too busy, traffic constantly and the beaches crowded. Although I always seem to be able to make a left, so that is good stuff.

But it also always delivers beautiful moments that are so joy feeling. What an amazing place.

A Pal

The drive to work...

Two years ago while driving to work my co-worker and I kept coming upon a coyote near the road, and then would see a shooting star. Sometimes the shooting star was before the coyote. Sometimes the coyote was before the shooting star. Sometimes the coyote was running across the darkness to the left. Sometimes the coyote was crossing the road. That sort of thing. After about a month of this happening 3 times a week, I painted the painting above.

I should note the drive to work was about an hour and a half, so the morning drive in was all darkness.

Storms in the Desert

The storms in the desert are so strange.
