An Artist on Art

I read a little Da Vinci on painting last night, and love his perspective of art as portraying the emotion and the reality. I enjoy poetry as well, and he argues (fairly, perhaps) that in a glance at a painting you can get more than in pages of poetry.

Of couse, that depends on the poet.
